Second. Please be advised that calling or emailing me does not make me your lawyer. That means that you should not send me any confidential information unless and until we’ve both decided that I’ll be your lawyer.

Third. While I strive to provide the very highest level of legal representation for my clients, I can never guarantee any particular outcome in any case. In most legal disputes, decisions are made by judges, juries and other “fact finders.” My job is to help you convince those folks to find in your favor.
